Answer for Picture Quiz: The arrow is pointing at Ligament of Struthers,fibrous band extending from a large bony projection
of the humerus, known as the supracondylar process to
the median epicondyle.This structure is present in a very small portion of the population.This can lead to compression of the median nerve and lead to a compressive neuropathy called Pronator syndrome.

The famous personality is Charles Darwin. In his book "The Descent of Man", Darwin deals with organs that, whilst
fully functional in other animals, appeared to him to be vestigial and
largely functionless in the human body. This he regarded as good evidence
that human beings and other kinds of animals share a common ancestry.Ligament of Struthers was one the vestigeal structures he wrote about...
